When the original owner moved to Canmore, he brought along a vision—to share the world’s most irresistible focaccia, crafted with love and tradition. Little did he know, this delectable creation would become legendary, drawing food lovers from near and far to savor his award-winning sandwiches.

Fast forward to today: in a twist worthy of a movie, Bella Crusta changed hands in an unforgettable game of poker! The new owners, inspired by the restaurant’s rich legacy, have built on its foundation of excellence.
